HORRIBLE customer service. I never received the package and she won’t do anything to help get it resolved. I filed a claim, UPS sent a notification saying they sent her a form to fill out so I can be reimbursed but she won’t fill it out because it’s “not her responsibility”. I’m having to file it as a fraudulent charge with my bank and go through all the trouble to getting a new card just so I can get my money back.
