HORRIBLE customer service. I never received the package and she won’t do anything to help get it resolved. I filed a claim, UPS sent a notification saying they sent her a form to fill out so I can be reimbursed but she won’t fill it out because it’s “not her responsibility”. I’m having to file it as a fraudulent charge with my bank and go through all the trouble to getting a new card just so I can get my money back.

It feels silky

It feels silky. It's not the best penerrating chapstick but it's cool. It definitely doesnt come in this kind of container nor does the product look like this lol
